Apple Village Children's Boutique Branding

I am so excited to share the branding work I created for a fun design-centric children's boutique in Montclair, NJ! The actual shop is opening very soon, but their website I designed has launched this week. I had a great working relationship with the owner Alex, and am very proud of how everything turned out. I really enjoyed working on a children's brand - having fun with color, pattern, and whimsy was very freeing. Especially when the children's brand has a modern-cool edge to it - and you get to explore an apple as an icon! Take a look at how I built out the brand below, more to come once the storefront and packaging is photographed.

Be sure to check out the website I designed in Squarespace for them. And I added this project to my portfolio too where I reveal some of my earlier logo sketches :)

Thanks so much for taking a look!

Xo, Jess

So much of what we see on Instagram is the highlight reel of someone’s life. Which is understandable we all want to share our best work and our best selves. But if you feel yourself spending a lot of time comparing, just know that behind the sc
I made this graphic to be on kids shirts, but thinking I may need an adult version! It is surreal walking around NYC and nearly everyone is wearing a mask. I find myself smiling at people under my mask and then realizing people can’t see my smi
Any other parents feel like crying when it is 8pm and you have to start all your work after a full day of childcare? 😭😭 this image has nothing to do with the caption, was just looking through old work recently and thought this was cute.
